About NBVF

Nav Bharat Vikas Foundation (NBVF), Pune, a reputed social development organisation established in 1999 and affiliated to Bharat Vikas Parishad, is engaged in disability rehabilitation, artificial limb services, community outreach programmes, and social impact initiatives.
NBVF has recently been empanelled by the Government of Maharashtra as an approved Implementation and Advisory Partner for undertaking various social development, rehabilitation, research, community mobilisation, impact assessment, and inclusive planning initiatives under the Government Resolution dated 13th March 2026.
In view of the expanding scope of activities and institutional responsibilities arising from the said empanelment, applications are invited from dynamic, committed, and professionally competent individuals for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Nature of Position
The CEO shall be responsible for the overall strategic, administrative, operational, and programme management of the Trust and shall work under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Trustees. The role requires leadership capability, institutional coordination skills, and the ability to engage effectively with Government Departments, District Administration, CSR entities, social sector organisations, and field-level stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate shall be responsible for, inter alia, the following:
- Overall management and execution of projects and programmes undertaken by NBVF.
- Preparation and submission of proposals, presentations, reports, project documents, DPRs, impact assessments, and progress reports.
- Institutional development and expansion of NBVF's social rehabilitation and advisory initiatives.
- Supervision of staff, consultants, field teams, and project personnel.
- Liaison with CSR entities, funding agencies, and strategic partners wherever required.
- Coordination with Government Departments, District Administration, local bodies, and allied institutions.
- Implementation and monitoring of projects covered under the Government empanelment framework.
- Coordination of artificial limb camps, rehabilitation programmes, surveys, outreach activities, and related field operations.
- Development of systems for monitoring, MIS, documentation, compliance, and reporting.
- Ensuring timely implementation and quality delivery of all assigned projects and programmes.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
Candidates possessing any of the following shall be preferred:
- Postgraduate degree in Management / Social Work / Public Policy / Rural Development / Public Administration / Rehabilitation Sciences / Health Administration or related disciplines.
- MBA / MSW / MPM / MPH or equivalent qualifications.
- Additional qualifications in project management, governance, public systems, disability rehabilitation, or social sector management shall be advantageous.
Professional Experience
Candidates possessing any of the following shall be preferred:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in social sector management, NGO administration, Government coordination, programme implementation, or institutional leadership.
- Experience of working with Government Departments, CSR projects, or development sector initiatives shall be preferred.
- Candidates having experience in disability rehabilitation, community development, healthcare outreach, or advisory/consultancy projects will be given preference.
Desired Skills

- Experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

- Knowledge of MIS, reporting systems, and digital documentation.
Location
The position shall be based preferably at Pune, Maharashtra, with travel across districts of Maharashtra as required.
Remuneration
Remuneration shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, competence, and suitability for the position.
