Our History
- Established: April 8, 2003, as a registered non-governmental trust under the Bombay Trust Act, 1950
- Place of business: First Floor, Prestige Corner, Shailesh Society, Erandwane, Pune 411052
- Legacy: With over 25 years of dedicated service, the foundation has been unwavering in its commitment to uplifting the differently-abled and underserved communities across Maharashtra.
- Milestone Achievement: In 2023, the foundation earned a Guinness World Record by fitting 892 individuals with prosthetic limbs in just 8 hours at a single venue in Pune.
Our Trustees
Our Mission
To restore dignity and independence to individuals with disabilities by providing free, high-quality prosthetic limbs and assistive devices. The foundation is committed to:
- Offering free artificial limbs, including prosthetic hands, feet, and calipers, to those in need.
- Operating permanent assistance centers for ongoing support and care.
- Organizing free camps across Maharashtra to reach remote and underserved areas.
- Running educational institutions like Amhini School and Vinzai Devi High School in Tamhini, Mulshi Taluka, to provide quality education to children from marginalized communities.
- Sustaining operations through donations from individuals, social organizations, and CSR contributions, without any government funding.
Our Vision
To build an inclusive society where every individual, regardless of physical ability or socio-economic status, has access to mobility, education, and opportunities for a dignified life. The foundation envisions:
